Professional Experience & Impact

As a student of both marketing and biology, I’m often asked how these two worlds intersect. For me, the connection is natural: each field deepens my understanding of people, their needs, and the systems that shape their experiences. With more than six years as a licensed esthetician and a growing passion for business, I’m committed to helping wellness, beauty, and hospitality brands reach their audiences with authenticity and care.

My foundation in traditional education, paired with modern technology and hands-on industry experience, allows me to create thoughtful, effective work while staying curious about what’s possible. I’m excited to share more about my journey and the vision guiding me forward.

Marketing Intern

Sacred Society

Sacred Society is a small business dedicated to blending ancient wellness practices with modern technology to help individuals cultivate peace by aligning the mind and body. As a Marketing Intern, I supported this mission by managing the company’s social media platforms, planning and executing photoshoots, developing social media ads, and streamlining internal workflows.

During my time there, the company gained over

  • 6,000 followers in 90 days

  • Strengthened its brand presence through consistent messaging

  • Improved team efficiency through thoughtful system optimization.

Sales Manager

Rhone

Rhone connects people to wellness through thoughtfully designed clothing and apparel. Founded by two brothers inspired by the quality of Lululemon but seeking a version tailored for men, the brothers set out to create elevated essentials that support both performance and well‑being. With only 12 locations at the time, Rhone was committed to delivering memorable in‑store experiences that matched the standard of their products.

As a Sales Manager, I helped bring this vision to life through team training, product education, daily operations, and community activations, as a result

  • The company saw a 15% increase in customer retention

  • Successfully hosted three large community events that boosted store traffic by 23%.

Esthetician

Face Foundrié

I’ve always believed that confidence is more than skin deep, and my path aligned with Face Foudnrié because we share that philosophy. Face Foundrié, founded by Michelle, was built on the idea that high‑quality skincare should be accessible to everyone. As the brand expanded into a new market, it needed professionals who were determined go getters.

As an esthetician, I aimed to go beyond providing a service, I focused on delivering results‑driven treatments tailored to each client’s needs, while educating them through personalized product knowledge to build long‑term trust. Through this client centered approach

  • Sales increased by 50%

  • Cultivated strong relationships with clients, staff, and vendors, contributing to consistent bookings and sustained growth.
