Objective & Outcome

Tasked with bringing a billion‑dollar concept to life, I transformed a visionary idea for a Japanese non‑alcoholic spritzer into a fully developed brand. This included creating the prototype, designing the logo, navigating ingredients and FDA regulations, conducting a full SWOT analysis, building the distribution system, developing both digital and traditional advertising, crafting social media campaigns, and establishing pricing and profit‑margin strategies.

The result was a complete, market‑ready foundation that blended Japanese tradition with modern strategy and positioned the product for global scalability.
