Goal

Develop an automated email and SMS drip campaign tailored to the customer persona, ensuring every message aligns with their interests and keeps the relationship strong throughout the entire lifecycle. If engagement slows down, that’s alright, every relationship needs a little breathing room, but a thoughtful “wellness check” keeps the connection warm.
